Carolina
Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers is an assessment and intervention
program designed for use with young children from birth to five years who
have mild to severe disabilities.
Carolina Curriculum for Preschoolers
CARS (Childhood Autism Rating Scale) rates behaviors in 15 different areas, such as relating to people and adaptation to change, arriving at a toal score to determine whether the child falls in the autisitc range.
GARS (Gilliam Autism Rating Scale) gives the probability of autism based on a summary /response form of four subtests in different areas..
Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales sets the standard for measuring personal and social skills used for everyday living. This assessment provides critical data for the diagnosis or evaluation of a wide range of disabilities, including mental retardation, developmental delays, functional skills impairment, and speech/language impairment. Vineland has also been proven to be an accurate resource for predicting autism and Asperger syndrome, among other differential diagnoses.
